Most Vassals that aren’t Norsca will be inadequate because they can’t handle chaos corruption, their armies will suffer from constant attrition and they’ll constantly have rebels spawning. This makes the unique mechanic of the four Champions to have their vassals spread their corruption a liability rather than a benefit. This is especially bad for Festus because, as mentioned before, he has no good vassal options.
